30-Day Money-Back Guarantee We offer a full 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

How to Start a Return Email us at botanicaartisans@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges If you'd like to exchange an item, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the replacement item.

Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned:

• Personalised or custom-made items
• Gift wrap and packaging add-ons
• Items marked as final sale

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll resolve it immediately.
